Shop & earn
Use the email on your ZRStudios customer account. Eligible paid purchases earn points.
Choose a reward
Sign in, open Rewards, select Ways to redeem, and choose an available reward.
Apply your savings
Select Redeem, then Apply code. You can also copy the code into the discount field at checkout.
Questions about your points?
Do I need a separate rewards account?
No. Use your ZRStudios customer account and the same email address when shopping and opening Rewards.
How do I check my points?
Sign in and open Rewards. Your balance appears there. Select Ways to redeem to see the rewards available to you.
Which parts of my purchase earn points?
Points are based on eligible merchandise spending. Shipping, tax, and amounts covered by discount codes do not earn points.
When do my points appear?
Points are awarded when an eligible order is marked paid. If points seem to be missing, contact us with your order number and the email address used for your purchase.
Can I use the points from an order on that same order?
Purchase points are earned after payment, so they go toward a reward for a future order.
What if I redeem a reward but do not finish checkout?
Points are deducted when you redeem, even if you leave checkout. Your unused code stays in Rewards under Your rewards for later use, subject to any expiry shown. The points do not return automatically.
I redeemed by mistake. Can I get my points back?
Contact us before using the code. We can review the unused reward and, where possible, cancel it and restore the points. Customers cannot cancel a redemption themselves.
Can I combine rewards with print bundle savings?
Our reward codes cannot be combined with print bundle discounts or other promotional discount codes. Check your final total before paying. You can save an unused reward code for a later eligible purchase.
Why is my code not applying?
Check your reward requirements, sign in to the account that redeemed it, and confirm that the code is unused and unexpired. Another discount may prevent it from applying.
Can someone else use my code?
Reward codes are linked to the customer account that redeemed them. Sign in to that account when checking out.
Does my reward code expire?
Check the reward details for an expiry date before redeeming or using a saved code.
What happens if my order is refunded?
Points earned on refunded merchandise are adjusted. A reward used on a refunded order is not automatically reissued. Contact us for help with that reward.
Can I earn or use points at a convention?
Ask our booth team whether points earning and reward redemption are available for your in-person purchase. Use the same customer email so any eligible points can be associated with your account.
