Possible shipping delays

Due to Covid-19 and lack of shipping personnel with USPS, shipping times may be delayed an extra 3-15 business days and possibly 1 month depending on your local postal services.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

We sure do!

Additional Customs Charges/Import Tax

Any additional charges that are accrued for customs and import taxes are to be covered by the customer. Please note that we are unable to lower the declared value of any orders any further. We appreciate your understanding.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 5 to 20 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 1 and 5 weeks. Shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, NOT once the order has been placed. Orders are shipped out every Tuesdays and Fridays at 3 PM of every week unless the day falls on a holiday.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes! Tracking will be available with a USPS tracking number.

PRE-ORDERS?

Pre- Order items are items that are currently not available for immediate shipping. Pre-Orders will be charged in advanced and will be shipped on said date. Estimated arrival time for domestic shipping will take between 5-20 business days after your order has been processed and shipped, international shipping can take anywhere between 2-5 weeks after your order has been processed and shipped.

Is shipping free?

Unfortunately shipping is not free, shipping prices will vary depending on the weight of your order. Shipping can vary between $2.70 to $19.99.

For international shipping, price is flat rate at $24.99.
